Hatsugama is the year’s symbolic first Tea and is the sign of dawn and awakening. The Tearoom will be filled with auspicious decorations celebrating the Year of the Boar and the Imperial poetic theme for this year (hikari - light.) Delicious and symbolic kaiseki cuisine, steaming bowls of thick and thin tea, shared with new and old friends.
